About The Course

Demandas familiares e que envolvem questões relativas ao âmbito sucessório são corriqueiras para os aplicadores do Direito. Somado a isso, as relações e relacionamentos estão cada vez mais dinâmicos, necessitando de uma constante modernização. Foi pensando em um contexto prático, inovador e estimulante que se criou a Pós Graduação de Direito de Família e Sucessões do CEDIN.

O curso é ministrado por Professores renomados e que vivem, de fato, o dia-a-dia do Direito de Família e Sucessões, conhecendo as minucias do ambiente forense. As aulas ofertadas têm temas atuais e instigantes fazendo, também, a interseção com outros ramos do Direito, entre eles o Agrário, Empresarial, Previdenciário e Internacional. Além disso, serão trabalhados casos concretos, apreciação de jurisprudências e análise prático profissional.

Com isso, se objetiva o fortalecimento do conhecimento, o aprimoramento do raciocínio jurídico e o desenvolvimento de profissionais cada vez mais preparados para lidar com demandas familiares e atuar com excelência, o que precisa de um permanente aperfeiçoamento e uma escuta atenta e respeitosa.

    Rodrigo da Cunha Pereira, advogado desde 1983, é autor de obras de referência e pioneiro em teses inovadoras no Direito de Família, como abandono afetivo e parentalidade socioafetiva. Reconhecido nacionalmente, é frequentemente citado em decisões do STJ e STF. Como fundador e presidente do IBDFAM, sua contribuição para o campo é amplamente reconhecida. Mestre pela UFMG e Doutor pela UFPR, também é professor licenciado de Direito de Família na PUC-Minas.
