The Arbitration and Mediation Study and Research Group
Objetivo Geral:
CEDIN's Study and Research Group on Arbitration and Mediation aims to foster the research study, practice, and teaching of appropriate means of conflict resolution.
The Group's objectives are:
- Develop theoretical and practical understanding of arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and negotiation;
- Prepare for presentations at scientific events;
- Prepare for participation in arbitration and mediation competitions.
