About the course:

It is a consensus in the mineral sector that there is a shortage of qualified professionals to deal with legal issues related to mining. In addition, the mining industry has been undergoing major legal changes in recent years, requiring rapid adaptation and improvement of skills by its operators. There is a great demand for lawyers, managers, geologists, engineers, technical professionals and consultants with skills to deal with strategic legal challenges of mining enterprises, which is only possible through specific courses for the area.

The course is part of the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Course in Mining Law, which is a program without similar in Brazil, involving an innovative multidisciplinary approach, having contributed to the training of both professionals from the main mining companies in Brazil, (Vale, Grupo Votorantim, AngloAmerican, CSN, AngloGold, BHP, Kinross, Magnesita, among several others) and public managers and entrepreneurs in mining.
