"Perhaps the most exciting feature of the competition,
and a striking feature in this competition is that each
team of students will participate in three debate rounds
and have the opportunity to argue by all three perspectives:
prosecutors, defense counsel and the lawyer of the victims.
Students who participated in the competition last year
commented they had never experienced a better way to
learn the substantive and procedural law in a particular
area, developing the arguments of the parties, as they
had never had the opportunity to build up these arguments
from all three perspectives as during the competition.
